Welcome to our Meditation Group
We offer peer support and group practice in Vipassana (Insight) meditation.
This meditation is a simple and direct practice of moment-to-moment observation of the mind-body process through calm, focused, and friendly awareness.
The practice originates in the Theravada (Southern Asia) tradition of the teachings of the Buddha. The goal of this practice is to live with presence, wisdom and compassion.
All day silent retreats are offered one Saturday a month in Morristown NJ.

Our meditation group welcomes all meditators, from beginning practitioners to those who have been practicing for many years. The purpose of our community is to offer a supportive and friendly environment for the practice of meditation.
